"Out of Sight, out of Mind" is often the best security - our containers aren't visible from the road, and accessed down a farm track with no roadside signs advertising them. We also live on site so there are people about most of the day and we are aware of any activity at night. Its a small yard with a limited number of containers, this will ensure a friendly and personal service and the site will never be too busy.
The Containers
They have the following features:

The premises are secured by wooden electric gates, each customer will have an access code to allow access within opening hours.
CCTV cameras are located at various points on the property and are in operation 24 hours a day
Each container has a lock box which the padlock sits behind this enables the padlock to be secured safely away from view and cutting tools. For a deposit of £30 we can provide you with a high quality Squire padlock (refundable deposit required), you will be the only key holder to your unit.
You can visit your unit as often as you need to deliver, collect or check on your property 365 days a year from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm.

Hints and tips for using self storage Make sure that all fragile items are protected with bubble wrap and ensure they are clearly marked with �fragile�. Cover soft furnishings (eg Sofas and Mattresses) with protective covers. Write a list of everything you put into the unit and label boxes and items that aren't so easy to identify. To prevent condensation don't have any items touching the top of the container and don't put any wet or damp items inside. Create extra storage space by using your wardrobes or chest of drawers to store any items inside. Make sure that you put items you don't need much at the back of the space. Make sure all fridges and freezers are fully defrosted and washing machines and dishwashers are completely drained of water to prevent any damage and leave the doors open to allow ventilation. We do not allow the storage of dangerous, illegal and unsuitable items, tyres or plasterboard. If in doubt ask for details of what is not allowed.
